Campaign terms and conditions

1. ORGANIZER

The campaign is organized by C&C EE OÜ, registered address Tartu mnt 80, Tallinn, registration code 10390835 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).

2. CAMPAIGN NAME

The campaign "Active Life Starts Here" (hereinafter referred to as the Campaign).

3. CAMPAIGN PERIOD

03.01 - 30.01.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Campaign Period).

• 4.CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  4.1. During the Campaign Period, customers have the opportunity to purchase an Apple Watch from iDeal stores or the online store, wear it for 30 days, and, in case of unsuitability, return the watch to an iDeal store.

  4.2. Each customer can test and return one Apple Watch during the campaign. The 30-day period is calculated as the purchase date + 1 day. For example: if the purchase date is 06.01.2025, the latest return date is 05.02.2025. Returns made after this date will not be accepted. Accessories cannot be returned as part of the campaign.

  4.3. When returning the smartwatch, it must be in like-new condition, meaning it must not have any scratches, damage, or signs of wear. If the device exhibits any of the aforementioned or similar defects (including liquid damage or other physical damage), the customer will not be able to return the product.

  4.4. When returning the device, it must include the complete original set, including the sales packaging, charging cable, and any accompanying documentation. If the device is fully broken, lost, or the customer cannot remove the "Find My Device" lock, the device will be considered destroyed, and the purchase price will not be refunded.

  4.5. When returning the product, the customer must provide a receipt, and the purchase amount for the Apple Watch will be transferred to the customer's bank account within three business days.

  4.6. When returning the Apple Watch, it must be unpaired from the iPhone and restored to factory settings. If needed, assistance with these settings will be provided in-store, meaning the customer should allow time for this during their visit.

  4.7. This campaign cannot be combined with other campaigns or partner discounts and is only valid for private customers.

  4.8. C&C EE OÜ reserves the right to refuse a refund or accept a return if it finds that the offer has been maliciously abused.

  4.9. Offer is valid only for private customers who will buy Apple Watch with cash or card payment. Products can’t be returned when these are bought with leasing or Smart Deal rental service.

• 5. OTHER CONDITIONS

  5.1. The participant confirms that they are aware that by participating in the Campaign, the Organizer processes their personal data in accordance with C&C EE OÜ's general principles of personal data processing (read more at https://www.ideal.ee/ee_ee/privaatsuspoliitika/). By providing their personal data to the Organizer as part of the Campaign, the Participant consents to the processing of their data for the purpose of sending information related to the Campaign.

  5.2. All disputes arising from the Campaign will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

  5.3. All complaints regarding the organization of the Campaign must be submitted in writing with the subject "Apple Watch Campaign" no later than 15.03.2025 to the email address klienditugi@ideal.ee
