- If the goods purchased from the e-shop are not suitable for you for any reason, you have the option to return them within 14 days and the purchase amount will be refunded to you in accordance with section 2.6 of the e-shop’s terms and conditions.
- In order to return a product, please send a free-form withdrawal form to klienditugi@ideal.ee. You can return the product to the iDeal shop that suits you or choose another convenient way. The postage costs for returning the goods are borne by the purchaser.
- In the case of any deterioration of the Goods subject to return, the Purchaser is only liable for the diminished value of the Goods if the Purchaser used the Goods in a manner other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods. In order to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods, the Purchaser should only handle and use the Goods in the same manner as they would customarily be allowed to do in a shop. Among other things, the value of the goods is also deemed to be diminished if the packaging of the product is damaged.
- We will refund the money for the returned product to the Purchaser’s bank account upon receipt of the returned Goods without delay, but not later than within 14 days of the receipt of the Purchaser’s cancellation application. iDeal may refuse to refund the money until the Purchaser has returned the Goods to us or provided proof that they have returned the Goods.
- It is not possible to return Goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and if they have been opened after delivery (e.g. earpods). It is also not possible to return audio and video recordings or computer software with opened cases.
- The return of the goods is at the expense of the Buyer. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Seller shall return all fees received from the Buyer on the basis of the invoice to the Buyer immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement. The buyer returns the goods as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 days.
