1. ORGANIZER
The campaign is organized by iDeal Group AS, registered office in Tallinn, Tartu mnt 80, registration code 10390835 (hereinafter referred to as the organizer.)
2. CAMPAIGN NAME AND PERIOD
2.1 The campaign "Full Power. For the Whole School Year" (hereinafter referred to as the campaign) the offer in point 3.1 is valid for the period 10.08 – 19.09.2024 and the offer in point 3.2 is valid for the period 10.08 – 26.09.2024.
3. CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
3.1 During the campaign, private customers have the opportunity to purchase any iPhone model from iDeal stores or web interest-free and without additional fees: 0% interest, €0 down payment, €0 contract fee. The campaign is valid for iPhone models that are paid for and in stock during the campaign period. The installment period for the iPhone at a promotional interest rate is up to 12 months. Thereafter, the regular interest rate applies.
3.2 During the campaign, students and teachers have the opportunity to purchase a Mac computer or iPad with a 10% discount. To receive the discount, the customer must present an ISIC / ITIC card or other document confirming student status (such as a study contract or student card) before making a purchase. The student must be at least 18 years old to receive the discount. The discount applies to the prices indicated on the products, and one person can purchase one Mac and one iPad with this discount in a calendar year. The offer is only valid in stores and for items in stock.
3.3 The discount mentioned in clause 3.1 cannot be combined with the iDeal trade-in campaign. The customer can choose whether they want to purchase the iPhone with 0% interest or use the trade-in campaign discount. Learn more about the trade-in campaignhere.
3.4 The campaign mentioned in clause 3.2 can be combined with the iPad trade-in campaign. Learn more about the iPad trade-in campaign here.
3.5 Campaign offers are only valid for private customers and can’t be combined with partners offers (including campaigns that are not pointed out in current campaign terms).
3.6 Installment payments are offered by Inbank Finance AS. To find out the exact monthly payment, please submit an installment application. See the general terms and conditions here.
3.7 The credit provider is Inbank Finance AS (license number 4.1-1/31, location Niine 11, Tallinn, phone 640 8080). Before signing the contract, carefully review the terms of the desired contract and, if necessary, consult an employee of Inbank Finance AS or another expert.
3.8 As part of the campaign, there will also be a prize draw where a 13" MacBook Air M2 256GB will be drawn among all those who subscribe to the iDeal newsletter during the campaign period. The draw will take place on September 26 and the winner will be contacted by e-mail. The name of the winner will also be published on the campaign page. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven calendar days, iDeal Group AS has the right to draw a new winner in the form of a prize draw in the Republic of Estonia, and employees and family members of iDeal Group AS cannot participate in the draw.
4. OTHER CONDITIONS
4.1 The participant confirms that they are aware that by participating in the campaign, the organizer will process their personal data in accordance with the general principles of personal data processing of iDeal Group AS. By submitting their personal data to the organizer within the framework of the campaign, the participant gives the organizer permission to process their personal data for the purpose of providing information related to the campaign.
4.2 All disputes arising from the campaign will be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
4.3 All complaints regarding the organization of the campaign must be sent in writing with the note "iDeal school campaign" no later than 30.09.2024 to the email address klienditugi@ideal.ee
4.4 iDeal Group AS has the right to change the terms of the campaign during the campaign period.
