Campaign terms
1. ORGANIZER
The campaign is organized by C&C EE OÜ, registered at Tartu mnt 80, Tallinn, registration code 10390835 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
2. CAMPAIGN NAME
“Mac with 0% interest. 0% interest, 0 € down payment, 0 € contract fee.”
3. CAMPAIGN PERIOD
07.02. – 06.03.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "campaign period").

4.1. During the campaign, private customers have the opportunity to purchase a new Mac from iDeal stores or the online store with an interest-free installment plan.
4.2. The campaign applies to all Mac models paid for during the campaign period, and the installment period with the special interest rate is up to 24 months.
4.3. The campaign cannot be combined with ISIC / ITIC cards, other partner special offers, or other customer campaigns.
4.4. The installment provider is Inbank Finance AS. To find out the exact monthly payment, please review the installment terms and submit an installment application.
4.5. The credit provider is Inbank Finance AS (license number 4.1-1/31, business location Niine 11, Tallinn, phone 640 8080). Before signing the contract, carefully review the terms and conditions and, if necessary, consult an employee of Inbank Finance AS or another specialist.

5.1. The participant confirms that by participating in the campaign, they acknowledge that the Organizer processes their personal data in accordance with the general principles of personal data processing of C&C EE OÜ (read more at https://www.en.ideal.ee/privaatsuspoliitika). By providing their personal data to the Organizer as part of the campaign, the participant gives their consent for the Organizer to process their data for the purpose of providing campaign-related information.
5.2. All disputes arising from the campaign will be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
5.3. Any claims regarding the organization of the campaign must be submitted in writing with the note “Mac 0% interest” no later than 20.03.2025 to the email address: klienditugi@ideal.ee
