Campaign terms and conditions
1. ORGANIZER
The campaign is organized by C&C EE OÜ (formerly known as iDeal Group AS), registered address: Tallinn, Tartu mnt 80, registration code 10390835 (hereinafter: Organizer).

2.1 The campaign "Buy an Apple Watch, subscribe to the newsletter, and win a MyFitness annual training package" (hereinafter: the campaign) takes place from October 4 to November 3, 2024 (hereinafter: the campaign period).
2.2. Three customers will be drawn in the campaign, each winning a MyFitness annual training package: "MyFitness + Full Package" (hereinafter: the prize). All customers aged at least 18 who purchase any Apple Watch from iDeal salons or the online store during the campaign period and subscribe to the iDeal newsletter will participate in the draw.
2.3. To subscribe to the iDeal newsletter, the customer must provide their email address to the customer service at the iDeal salon during the purchase or enter it in the designated field when placing an online order.
2.4. The annual value of the prize package is €804, which will be issued to the winner in their chosen MyFitness club based on their name and ID.
2.5. The campaign is held in the Republic of Estonia and is open to all residents of Estonia aged 18 or older. Employees of C&C EE OÜ and their family members are not eligible to participate.
2.6. The draw will take place no later than November 5, 2024, and the winner will be contacted via email or phone.
2.7. The winner's name will also be published on the campaign website. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven calendar days, C&C EE OÜ reserves the right to draw a new winner.
2.8. By participating, the participant confirms the accuracy of the data provided to the Organizer, compliance with the campaign rules, and acceptance of them.
2.9. The campaign, including the prize draw, is valid only for private customers.

The participant confirms that they are aware that by participating in the campaign, the Organizer will process their personal data in accordance with C&C EE OÜ's general principles of personal data processing (read more at https://www.ideal.ee/ee_ee/privaatsuspoliitika/). By providing their personal data to the Organizer in the framework of the campaign, the participant gives consent to the Organizer to process their personal data for the purpose of providing campaign-related information.
3.2. All disputes arising from the campaign will be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
3.3. All complaints regarding the organization of the campaign must be submitted in writing with the note "iDeal prize campaign" by November 15, 2024, to the email klienditugi@ideal.ee
